Video Editing: Edit and produce high-quality short-form and long-form videos for social media, campaigns, and brand storytelling. Repurpose long-form content into engaging snackable content across platforms (Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok, etc.). Work with AI video editing tools (e.g., Runway, Pika, or similar) to speed up production and experiment with new formats. Ensure videos are optimized for performance (hooks, pacing, captions, platform specs). Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, growth, and product teams to deliver creatives that drive performance and engagement. Understand campaign briefs, contribute ideas, and proactively recommend creative strategies. Requirements 4+ years of professional experience in creative design and video editing . Proven portfolio of work with DTC and Tech brands (mandatory). Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.). Strong sense of visual storytelling, typography, color, and layout. Familiarity with AI-based video and creative tools (plus). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and passion for delivering high-quality output. Good to Have Motion graphics/animation skills. Experience in lifestyle/fashion/tech brand storytelling.
