Job Description

Role Summary:

The Area Manager will be responsible for driving sales performance, operational excellence, and brand standards across multiple Apple Premium Stores under the DailyObjects portfolio. This is a hard-core retail sales and operations role, requiring a hands-on leader to achieve sales targets, ensure flawless in-store execution, and maintain superior customer experience aligned with Apple’s brand ethos.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Sales & Business Development

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across assigned stores. Analyze sales data to identify growth opportunities and take corrective actions where needed. Develop and implement local marketing or promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team. Drive upselling, cross-selling, and accessory attachment rates. Ensure consistent focus on key KPIs such as conversion rate, ASP (Average Selling Price), and margin improvement.


2. Store Operations & Coordination

Oversee daily operations across all assigned stores, ensuring adherence to company SOPs and Apple guidelines. Ensure optimal stock availability through effective replenishment planning and coordination with supply chain teams. Conduct regular store visits to review performance, standards, and compliance.


3. Visual Merchandising & Brand Experience

Ensure all stores reflect the Apple experiential standards. Work closely with the VM and brand teams for timely implementation of plano, campaigns, and product displays. Coordinate with store teams to Maintain store hygiene, customer flow, and experiential zones to align with Apple brand expectations.


4. People Management

Lead, motivate, and develop store managers and retail teams to deliver strong sales and service performance. Conduct regular visits, coaching sessions, and skill enhancement initiatives.


5. Reporting & Coordination

Share regular MIS reports on sales, inventory, and operational metrics with management. Provide feedback to management on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
