Job Description: You are an experienced Lead Developer with expertise in ITSM, ITBM, HRSD, ITAM, ITOM, and CSDM, seeking to lead the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the ServiceNow platform. With over 10 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow administration, you excel in custom application development and have in-depth knowledge of various ServiceNow modules. Key Responsibilities: - Platform Management: Administer, configure, and maintain ServiceNow instances (production, test, and development environments). - Upgrades & Patching: Lead upgrades, patches, and migrations to ensure minimal downtime and smooth transitions. - Workflow Automation: Design and implement workflows, business rules, UI policies, and scripts using JavaScript and Glide. - Integration: Develop and manage integrations with third-party tools using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, and SSO. - Performance Tuning: Optimize platform performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure scalability for efficient operations. - Security & Compliance: Manage user roles, groups, and access controls while enforcing security best practices. - Reporting: Create dashboards, reports, and metrics utilizing Performance Analytics for data-driven decision-making. - Mentorship: Guide junior administrators and collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, HR, and Finance for effective teamwork and knowledge sharing.,
