Chaabi Design is looking for an experienced Site Project Manager to lead and deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects across commercial, corporate, and retail spaces. • Oversee complete site execution for commercial, corporate, and retail interior fit-outs.
• Plan, coordinate, and supervise all on-site activities to ensure timely project delivery.
• Manage project resources, subcontractors, and site teams effectively.
• Ensure adherence to design specifications, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Prepare and track project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation.
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and vendors for smooth project execution.

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• Minimum 5–07 years of experience in commercial, corporate, retail interior fit out works.
• Strong knowledge of construction details, materials, and MEP services.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, timelines, and multidisciplinary site teams.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
