Role Description

This is a full-time position based in Gurugram for a Billing Engineer. The Billing Engineer will oversee checking, preparing, and managing Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for ongoing and completed projects. Day-to-day responsibilities will include performing rate analysis, verifying billing documents, and ensuring accurate quantity surveying. Collaboration with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure accurate billing and timely execution of projects will be a key aspect of the role.

Qualifications

• Expertise in BOQ preparation and Quantity Surveying
• Strong Analytical Skills and familiarity with Rate Analysis
• Knowledge of Billing Systems and practices specific to commercial and industrial projects
• Proficiency in using project management or construction software tools
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Effective communication and organizational skills
• Previous experience in the construction or design and build industry is an advantage
