Company: Golden Crest Homes Location: Panipat — Full-Time Onsite Role Reporting to: Founder / Project Head Team: Oversees Site Supervisor Role Overview Golden Crest Homes is hiring a full-time, onsite Site Manager in Panipat. The ideal candidate is technically strong, operations-driven, and capable of managing the entire lifecycle of construction and interior projects. This person will lead the Site Supervisor , oversee day-to-day execution, manage procurement, and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities 1. Onsite Site Management Daily physical presence at the Panipat project site is mandatory. Supervise the Site Supervisor and ensure smooth on-ground execution. Ensure construction/interior work follows drawings, timelines, and quality standards. Coordinate between contractors, vendors, labour teams, and the founder. 2. Technical Expertise Ability to read and interpret architectural, construction, and interior drawings . Proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp . Assist with layout checks, measurements, and technical clarifications on site. 3. Procurement & Vendor Coordination Handle procurement of all materials required on site. Maintain relationships with vendors, negotiate pricing, and ensure timely delivery. Track material usage, inventory, and vendor payments. Act as the single point of contact for procurement + operations. 4. Communication & Reporting Strong verbal and written communication skills. Provide daily updates to the founder/project head. Coordinate with contractors and suppliers professionally and efficiently. Requirements 3–7 years experience in construction/interior site management. Proficiency in AutoCAD & SketchUp (non-negotiable). Strong understanding of materials, finishes, labour workflows. Experience handling procurement and vendor relationships. Highly organised, reliable, and able to manage projects independently. Must be willing to work full-time onsite in Panipat .
