Job Description

Job Title:

Site Manager – Logistics

Location:

Bharatpur, Rajasthan

Experience Required:

3–6 years in logistics / operations / site handling

Key Skills

Strong knowledge of logistics & transportation management
Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS Reporting)
Manpower handling and shift planning
Vendor and vehicle coordination
Reporting and documentation skills
Good communication & problem-solving abilities

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day site operations and ensure smooth logistics movement
Coordinate with transporters, vendors, and field teams
Plan and manage manpower and vehicle deployment
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports in Excel
Track vehicle movement, fuel consumption, and trip performance
Resolve operational issues and maintain service quality
Ensure compliance with company processes and safety standards
Share regular updates and performance reports with the Head Office

Education:

Graduate (preferred)

Reporting:

Will report to the Project Manager / Operations Head
