Role Description

The Site Manager is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing construction site activities to ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with contractors and teams, supervising on-site operations, ensuring safety compliance, managing project schedules, and maintaining quality control. Reporting to project stakeholders and resolving on-site issues are also critical aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, site supervision, and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation
• Ability to troubleshoot on-site issues and ensure quality assurance
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction software tools and Microsoft Office Suite
• 5+ years of experience in site management or a related role
• Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Certifications in construction safety or project management are a plus
