Site Manager

As a Recon Project team member, your role involves preparing Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and conducting daily monitoring of Business As Usual (BAU) activities. You will be responsible for handling issues encountered by L1, L2, and L3 levels, as well as checking and validating reports and porting files. Your duties will also include interacting with clients to address any issues, updates, or project matters, ensuring the validation and reconciliation of General Ledger (GL), and ensuring compliance with Audit, VA, and Appsec requirements. People management, recruitment, and onsite SOP for issue resolution are also part of your responsibilities, with a goal of achieving zero escalations to Mumbai. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare SOP and monitor BAUs daily - Handle issues for L1, L2, & L3 - Validate and check reports and porting files - Interact with clients for issue resolution and project updates - Validate and reconcile GL - Ensure compliance with Audit/VA/Appsec - Manage people and recruitment - Implement onsite SOP for issue resolution Qualifications Required: - M.B.A. degree Skills Required: - Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy in financial statements and records - Proficiency in computer skills and MS Excel - Effective verbal and written communication skills Please note that this is a permanent position in the Recon Project department, requiring an experienced professional with a strong educational background in M.B.A. and skills in financial accuracy, computer proficiency, and communication.,
