Location: Chattarpur, Delhi Working Model: Onsite Days: Tuesday to Sunday Working Hours: Flexible / Timings to be assigned based on operational requirements Budget: 30 to 40k (depending on experience) Experience: 2+ years About the Role: We are looking for a proactive Site Manager to oversee daily club operations, manage the team, and ensure a premium experience for members and guests. This role combines operational management, team leadership, and event coordination to maintain high service standards while fostering a vibrant club environment. Key Responsibilities: 1) Operations Oversee daily site operations, ensuring smooth court management and service quality. Coordinate with vendors across café, wellness, and maintenance. 2) Team Management Supervise ball boys, reception, and housekeeping staff to maintain high service standards. Manage bookings, POS systems, and client interactions for seamless service. 3) Events & Reporting Support tournaments, events, and community mixers. Report daily operations and updates to the COO. Key requirements: 2+ years of experience in gyms, boutique hotels, or sports clubs. Proficient in booking and POS systems. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory.

A knack for communication and sales will make you stand out. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist members and guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. Manage bookings, payments, and POS transactions accurately and efficiently. Promote memberships, packages, and café or wellness offerings to enhance member engagement.
