Site Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Management & Supervision

• Visit client locations to supervise modular kitchen installation work.
  
• Ensure all work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, and project plans.
  
• Monitor daily installation progress and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  

2. Measurement & Verification

• Take accurate site measurements and verify them against the approved design.
  
• Identify discrepancies in site dimensions and coordinate with designers/production teams for corrections.
  
• Check feasibility of execution as per layout and flag any on-site challenges.
  

3. Drawing Understanding

• Read, interpret, and explain technical drawings, floor plans, and elevation diagrams.
  
• Ensure carpenters/installation teams execute work as per the technical drawings.
  

4. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with the design team, production team, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  
• Communicate project progress and site issues to project managers regularly.
  
• Handle client queries professionally and ensure customer satisfaction on-site.
  

5. Quality & Compliance

• Ensure the finished installation meets company standards and client expectations.
  
• Conduct quality checks on materials delivered and work completed.
  
• Ensure safety protocols are followed by all workers on site.
  

6. Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare daily site reports, progress updates, and snag lists.
  
• Document any deviations or approvals required during execution.
  

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years of experience in modular kitchen or interior project supervision.
  
• Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 2D/3D plans.
  
• Proficiency in taking accurate measurements.
  
• Good communication and client handling skills.
  
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites.
  
• Diploma/ITI in Civil, Interior, or relevant field preferred.
