As an External Customer Associate (ECA) in this role, you will be stationed at the local dealer counter, engaging with consumers who visit the store and express their painting requirements. Your primary responsibility will be to cater to the needs of customers by offering Color Consultancy, Color Visualization, Royale Play Design, Stencil, Signature, Ext. Wall Art on the Ezycolour Kiosk / Booklet, especially to those who already have a contractor for their painting project.
