Site Manager

Job Summary:

The Site Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations of interior fit-out projects. This includes coordinating with vendors, contractors, designers, and clients to ensure timely, cost-effective, and quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily site operations to ensure project delivery within timeline and budget.
• Coordinate with design team, procurement, and subcontractors for timely availability of drawings and materials.
• Read and interpret drawings, BOQs, and specifications to execute work accurately.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and company policies on site.
• Manage manpower, allocate work, and monitor productivity.
• Prepare and maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material consumption records.
• Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Communicate regularly with clients/consultants regarding site progress and address concerns.
• Ensure installation of civil, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, plumbing, and finishing work as per design.
• Coordinate material deliveries, inventory management, and site readiness for inspections.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of interior fit-out processes (civil, carpentry, MEP, finishing, etc.).
• Ability to read and interpret architectural and MEP drawings.
• Excellent site coordination and team leadership skills.
• Good knowledge of materials, installation techniques, and site safety norms.
• Strong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD (basic), and project reporting tools.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in commercial/residential interior projects, hospitality, retail, or office fit-outs.
• Worked with architects, consultants, and vendors to handle turnkey interior projects.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
