Site Manager

Location:

Mapusa, Goa

Salary:

₹25,000 per month

We are looking for a responsible and proactive

Site Manager

to oversee day-to-day site operations in

Mapusa, Goa

.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and monitor site manpower and ensure effective workforce deployment.
  • Oversee vehicle operations and ensure proper scheduling and maintenance.
  • Liaison with clients and municipal authorities for smooth coordination.
  • Supervise ground-level execution of work as per project requirements.
  • Maintain daily reports, attendance, and site-related documentation.
  • Ensure safety and compliance protocols are followed at the site.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership and team-handling skills.
  • Good communication and client-handling abilities.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
  • Experience in operations, manpower, or waste management (preferred).
  • Ready to work in field and handle on-ground issues.
