Site Manager

As the Site Supervisor/Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operational groundwork and on-site execution of projects, following the drafted work plans and applicable health, safety, environment, and quality standards. Your primary focus will be ensuring safety throughout the project. Your duties will include delegating work, allocating resources, supervising transport and hoisting activities, coordinating with staff and clients, monitoring progress, and providing feedback. You will manage staff and equipment on-site while continuously striving to improve performance. In addition, you will act as a Sarens ambassador to customers, suppliers, and other parties, representing the company positively. You will visit construction sites, plan work activities, ensure feasibility, and oversee all on-site hoisting, moving, and transport operations. Your responsibilities also include project administration, such as documenting daily progress and providing necessary information for invoicing. Communication with customers, conducting evaluations, and attending meetings are essential parts of your role. Maintaining a strong focus on health, safety, environment, and quality standards is crucial. You will need to ensure compliance with regulations, identify risks, take corrective measures, participate in relevant training, and follow the HSEQ Management System.
