Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Site Manager based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. The Site Manager will oversee day-to-day construction activities, ensuring projects are executed according to planned timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with subcontractors, managing on-site personnel, conducting safety and compliance checks, and resolving any issues or conflicts that arise. The successful candidate will act as a key point of communication between the project team, clients, and stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

Qualifications

• Experience in construction management, project planning, resource management, and team coordination
• Understanding of construction processes, timelines, and cost control measures
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fields.
• Prior on-site management experience will be considered a strong asset
