Site Manager

Role Overview: As the Site Supervisor/Manager, your primary responsibility will be to efficiently and effectively manage the operational groundwork and on-site execution of projects. You will be required to ensure that all activities align with the drafted work plans and adhere to the applicable health, safety, environment, and quality standards. Safety throughout the project will be under your supervision. Key Responsibilities: - Delegate work, allocate resources, and oversee the feasibility of activities for on-site projects - Supervise transport and hoisting operations, conduct daily briefings with staff, coordinate work activities, and hold meetings with clients - Monitor work progress, provide feedback, attend plant meetings, and conduct final evaluations with clients - Manage staff and equipment on-site, striving for continuous improvement of performance - Act as a Sarens ambassador to customers, suppliers, and other parties Qualifications Required: - Ability to draw up work activity plans, allocate resources efficiently, and stay within budget - Strong communication skills for conducting discussions with customers and being the first point of contact on-site - Knowledge of health, safety, environment, and quality regulations, with the ability to identify risks and implement preventive measures - Proficiency in project administration, including documenting daily progress and providing information for invoicing contract variations - Familiarity with using personal protective equipment and working in accordance with HSEQ Management System We Offer: - [Include any additional details of the company if present in JD],
