Ltd.Location: Jaipur( Onsite)Position: Site Manager / Project Manager🔹 About the RoleWe are looking for a dynamic and responsible Site/Project Manager who will take full ownership of managing our sites, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring flawless execution of interior projects. This role requires leadership, accountability, and the ability to keep projects running smoothly—on time and within budget.🔹 Key ResponsibilitiesOversee end-to-end site execution for residential and commercial interior projects.Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and suppliers for timely delivery of materials and services.Track project progress, handle site challenges, and provide solutions proactively.Ensure proper resource allocation (labour, materials, equipment).Conduct regular site visits, monitor work quality, and report updates.Maintain project documentation (BOQs, progress reports, approvals).Collaborate closely with design and client servicing teams to ensure design intent is achieved.Take complete ownership and accountability for project success.🔹 RequirementsProven experience in site management / project management in interiors, fit-out, or construction industry.Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.Ability to read and understand technical drawings.Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.Problem-solving mindset with a focus on quality and timely delivery.Strong communication skills for dealing with clients, vendors, and internal teams.Immediate joiners preferred.🔹 What We OfferOpportunity to manage premium interior projects.Collaborative and professional work environment.Competitive salary with growth prospects.A chance to lead projects with full ownership.📩 Interested candidates can share their CV at theartivo@gmail.com with the subject line: Application – Site/Project Manager.
