Site Manager

Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the overall planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of EPC projects within budget, schedule, and quality standards. The role requires strong leadership in coordinating engineering, procurement, and construction teams, ensuring client satisfaction, compliance with contractual requirements, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of EPC projects from initiation to commissioning and handover.
  
• Develop project execution plans, schedules, and budgets in coordination with stakeholders.
  
• Monitor project progress, control costs, and mitigate risks to ensure timely delivery.
  
• Coordinate across engineering, procurement, construction, QA/QC, HSE, and subcontractors.
  
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, standards, and client requirements.
  
• Manage project documentation, contracts, and change orders effectively.
  
• Act as the primary point of contact with the client, consultants, and other external stakeholders.
  
• Drive HSE culture and enforce site safety practices in line with company policies.
  
• Prepare and present progress reports to senior management and clients.
  
• Lead and motivate project teams to deliver on KPIs.
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
  
• Proficiency in project planning tools (Primavera P6/MS Project).
  
• In-depth knowledge of EPC project lifecycle (engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning).
  
• Strong understanding of contracts (FIDIC/NEC or equivalent).
  
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Ability to manage risks, resolve conflicts, and make critical decisions under pressure.
  
• Strong focus on quality, safety, and sustainability.
