Site Manager

Role Overview: You will be the Warehouse Manager at Sikandrabad, Uttar Pradesh, responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a warehouse that handles direct-to-consumer distribution. Your role will involve ensuring seamless order fulfillment, maintaining inventory accuracy, and optimizing warehouse operations to meet customer satisfaction goals while adhering to safety and compliance standards. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, order picking, packing, and shipping. - Implement and optimize processes to meet daily order fulfillment goals. - Maintain accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts and audits. - Collaborate with procurement and sales teams to forecast and manage stock levels. - Supervise, train, and motivate warehouse staff, including pickers, packers, and inventory personnel. - Manage shift schedules to ensure adequate staffing for peak times. - Leverage warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory and orders efficiently. - Ensure staff is trained on WMS and other relevant technology tools. - Ensure all orders are fulfilled accurately and delivered on time to maintain high customer satisfaction. - Address and resolve any order discrepancies or issues promptly. - Enforce adherence to safety standards and regulations. - Ensure the warehouse complies with local and federal labor and health laws. - Monitor and report key performance indicators (KPIs), such as order accuracy, delivery speed, and inventory turnover. - Use data insights to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in supply chain management, business, or a related field (preferred). - Proven experience 10+ years managing a B2C or e-commerce warehouse. - Proficiency with WMS and inventory software. - Strong leadership and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities.,
