Role Description

We are inviting applications for talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer . The ideal candidate should have strong technical skills in interior design software and a proactive, ownership-driven approach to projects. The candidate should be passionate about creating innovative and functional spaces for clients. Responsibilities.1. Collaborate with clients to understand their project requirements.2. Develop creative and practical design solutions for residential or commercial projects.3. Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, mood boards, and 3D renderings using industry-standard software.4. Select and specify furniture, fixtures, equipment (FF&E), materials, and finishes while adhering to design and budget guidelines.5. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to design specifications.6. Conduct site visits to take measurements, oversee installations, and monitor project progress.7. Effectively manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.8. Present design concepts to clients clearly, communicating the vision and addressing feedback.9. Stay up-to-date with current interior design trends, materials, and best practices.10. Take complete ownership of projects, driving them from initial concept through to final installation, ensuring client satisfaction and project success. Requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of proven professional experience in interior design, preferably with a focus on projects within the residential or commercial sectors.
• Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD and SketchUp, is essential.
• Experience with other rendering software like 3ds Max or V-Ray is a plus.
• Strong understanding of interior materials, finishes, and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of successful interior design projects.
• Creative flair, strong design sensibility, and a keen eye for detail.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
