Role Overview

We are seeking a creative and technically strong Interior Designer with at least 2 years of experience in residential interior projects. The candidate should have strong design skills, good material knowledge, and the ability to handle site coordination smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings, working drawings, and 3D visualizations.
• Develop mood boards, concept presentations, and BOQs.
• Conduct site visits for measurements, design supervision, and execution monitoring.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and the internal team.
• Understand client needs and convert their requirements into functional designs.
• Use AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools for design presentations.
• Maintain project timelines and ensure design quality and accuracy.
• Stay updated with market trends, materials, and innovative design solutions.

Required Skills

• B.Arch / B.Des
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and major 3D design software
• Strong interior detailing knowledge (residential preferred)
• Good communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects
• Creative mindset with strong visualization abilities
