Site Head

Key Responsibilities:

• project site team

• as per design, schedule, and quality standards

• daily site operations

• Engineering, Procurement, Planning, and Finance

• EPC contractors, vendors, consultants, and local authorities

• Conduct regular reviews and meetings to monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

• Ensure availability and proper storage of materials, tools, and equipment on site.

• DPR, WPR, and MPR

• Drive project progress to meet key milestones like module mounting, electrical installation, testing, and commissioning.

• statutory and regulatory compliances

• safety and quality audits

• Report project status, challenges, and resource requirements to senior management on a regular basis.

Key Skills Attributes:

• Proven leadership of large, cross-functional site teams in utility-scale solar projects (100 MW+ preferred).

• civil, electrical, and mechanical works

• Excellent problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making capabilities.

• Strong communication skills both written and verbal to interact with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Commitment to safety, quality, and on-time project delivery.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Site In-charge or Site Project Manager

• Willingness to be stationed at remote project sites for long durations.
