Your expertise in project management, team leadership, sourcing, vendor management, negotiation, legal and statutory norms, and communication skills will be essential to successfully delivering projects. Key Responsibilities - Overseeing project site operations - Managing sourcing of materials and services - Ensuring compliance with legal and quality standards - Coordinating with various stakeholders - Maintaining project timelines Qualifications - Strong project management and team leadership skills - Proficiency in sourcing materials and services, vendor management, and negotiation - Knowledge of legal, statutory norms and quality standards in construction - Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills - Ability to work on-site in Pune and manage multiple tasks efficiently - Experience in construction or real estate industry is a plus - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred,
