Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Head located in Navi Mumbai. The Site Head will oversee the day-to-day operations of construction projects, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing construction teams, coordinating with clients and stakeholders, overseeing procurement and resource management, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Experience in project management, site supervision, and resource management
• Strong understanding of construction processes, quality control, and safety standards
• Ability to manage teams, coordinate with clients, and liaise with stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills
• Proficiency in construction management software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
