You have an exciting opportunity to join BeyondWalls as a Site Sales Head in Hadapsar. BeyondWalls is a leading PropTech platform that aims to transform the home-buying experience through innovative technology solutions. As the Site Sales Head, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team at our real estate sales office. Your role will involve supervising Sales Executives, developing strategic sales plans, and ensuring that sales targets are met. Your key responsibilities will include providing leadership to the team, developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, conducting sales training, collaborating with cross-functional teams, engaging with clients and channel partners, preparing sales reports, and staying updated on market trends. To excel in this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, with a Master's degree being preferred. You should also have at least 4-8 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate sector, along with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, analytical thinking, proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite, and experience in managing real estate or construction projects. A PMP or equivalent certification would be considered an added advantage.
