Site Engineer

• Project Execution & Supervision
• Oversee installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power projects.
• Ensure work is carried out as per design, technical specifications, and safety standards.
• Supervise contractors, technicians, and labor teams on-site.
• Site Management
• Conduct site surveys, soil testing, and feasibility assessments.
• Manage site resources such as manpower, materials, and equipment.
• Maintain site records, daily progress reports, and documentation.
• Technical Responsibilities
• Review and interpret solar plant designs, drawings, and layouts.
• Handle installation of solar modules, inverters, structures, and cabling.
• Perform electrical testing, troubleshooting, and quality checks.
• Ensure proper earthing, lightning protection, and safety compliance.
• Coordination & Communication
• Coordinate with project managers, design teams, vendors, and clients.
• Support procurement teams with material requirements.
• Report progress, delays, and site issues to management.
• Health, Safety & Compliance
• Enforce safety protocols and PPE usage on-site.
• Ensure compliance with statutory norms, regulations, and company policies.
• Conduct toolbox talks and safety briefings for workers.
• Operation & Maintenance (O&M)
• Monitor plant performance and troubleshoot breakdowns.
• Plan and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Analyze generation reports and identify performance improvement measures.
• Documentation & Reporting
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly progress reports.
• Maintain records of testing, commissioning, and handover documents.
• Support billing and client certification processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
