Site Engineer - Firefighting

Job Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and execute installation of fire fighting systems (hydrant, sprinkler, pump room, suppression, etc.) at project sites.
2. Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and client representatives for smooth execution.
3. Read and interpret fire fighting system drawings and layouts.
4. Ensure all works are carried out as per approved design, specifications, and safety standards.
5. Monitor subcontractors and manpower to ensure work progress aligns with project timelines.
6. Conduct regular site inspections and testing of installed systems (hydro test, pressure test, etc.).
7. Prepare daily progress reports, material requirements, and labor deployment schedules.
8. Maintain records of site work, materials, and tools used.
9. Ensure quality control, material verification, and compliance with safety protocols.
10. Assist in commissioning, system handover, and site closure documentation.
    

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• 2–5 years of hands-on experience in fire fighting system installation.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project documentation.
• Excellent site coordination and team management skills.
• Willingness to travel or relocate to project sites.
• Must be an immediate joiner.
