The incumbent should be Degree /PG with 15 -20 years of experience in Gold & Jewlery and should have adequate product knowledge coupled with exposure in handling and managing various Showroom Operations including People Management. He should have experience in handling Sales Operations (Gold, Silver & Diamonds). He will be responsible for both top and bottom line of the business by effective planning / execution and utilization of resources.
