Area Manager

• Experience in Handling / Managing 10 to 20 Branches
• Overseeing end-to-end transaction process, ensuring gold buying process is strictly followed including documentation, and sales are executed with accuracy, transparency, and efficiency.
• Support the company s expansion strategy by standardizing operations and collaborate with other Departments.
• Oversee the process in transaction process including collection, verification, processing, and certification including driving sales force team.
• Provide insights to management on operational efficiency, market trends, and process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate / Postgraduate in Business, Commerce, or Operations Management.
• 12 - 15 years of experience in Operations & Sales, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role in the similar business.
• Experience managing multi-location/state-level operations.
• Strong track record in driving the team, data analysis, reporting, and process standardization.
