Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Manager located in Dera Bassi. The Area Manager will oversee daily operations, supervise and motivate teams, drive sales, and ensure the implementation of company strategies within the assigned area. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, identifying business growth opportunities, monitoring team performance, maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Sales and business development expertise, including the ability to meet targets and identify growth opportunities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for fostering client and stakeholder relationships.
• Organizational and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth operations and handle challenges proactively.
• Knowledge of the healthcare or wellness industry is advantageous.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and priorities within the assigned area.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Managing multiple stores or locations in a specific geographical region
• Managing staff, budgets, and expenses
• Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies and procedures
• Recruiting, training, and evaluating store managers and employees
• Organising and carrying out marketing and promotional campaigns and identifying trends and opportunities
• Increasing regional store sales, profits, and customer satisfaction
• Communicating with team members and superiors, providing progress updates, and presenting ideas and suggestions
• Continuously monitoring and analysing performance
