Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jodhpur for a Sales Officer. The role involves engaging with clients to provide exceptional customer service, generating leads, managing sales operations, and contributing to growing channel sales. The Sales Officer will serve as a key point of contact between Nxcar and its dealer partners, ensuring that dealer needs are met and business goals are achieved.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Customer Service and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Experience in Sales Operations to ensure smooth execution of sales processes
• Familiarity with Channel Sales and relationship management
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to work efficiently in an on-site setting
• Prior experience in the automotive or B2B industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
