Showroom Manager

The Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and sales activities of the showroom. This role ensures excellent customer service, effective product display and merchandising, smooth coordination with the warehouse and logistics team, and achievement of sales targets. The position requires a blend of sales acumen and operational management to ensure a seamless showroom experience for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Customer Management

• Drive sales to achieve quarterly, monthly and annual showroom targets.
• Greet and assist customers in product selection.
• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product recommendations.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, orders, payments and collection
• Build and maintain strong relationships with walk-in customers, architects, contractors, and builders.

Showroom Operations

• Ensure the showroom is well-maintained, clean, and properly merchandised at all times.
• Coordinate with the Visual Merchandising/Marketing team for product display and branding.
• Manage product availability and coordinate with warehouse and purchase teams for stock replenishment.
• Supervise daily operations including billing, cash handling, and customer documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, customer data, customer data.

Team Management

• Supervise showroom sales executives and support staff.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver excellent customer service, meet sales goals and target
• Ensure discipline, grooming, and adherence to company policies.

Reporting & Coordination

• Prepare daily/weekly sales and stock reports for management review.
• Coordinate with Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams for order fulfilment and customer deliveries.
