Showroom Manager

As a Showroom Manager at Jay Gorsia Design, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the day-to-day operations of our showroom in Delhi. Your focus will be on ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and service levels. You will play a crucial role in managing sales, maintaining the showroom's aesthetic and operational standards, and enhancing the overall customer experience. Collaboration with the design team is key to providing personalized and attentive service to our clients. Your leadership skills will be put to the test as you lead and manage a team of showroom staff. The ability to communicate effectively and interact well with customers and colleagues is essential for success in this role. We are looking for a candidate with a strong background in customer satisfaction, customer service, and customer experience. Previous experience in sales and showroom management is required, as well as a proven track record of delivering results in a high-end retail or allied industry. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field would be advantageous.
