Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Architect located in Kolkata. The Interior Architect will be responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the construction and installation of interior spaces. Daily tasks include space planning, developing design concepts, preparing detailed drawings and specifications, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and ensuring projects meet aesthetic and functional requirements. Collaboration with the broader team to maintain design consistency and client satisfaction is also key to this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Space Planning and Interior Design
• Experience in Architecture and Interior Architecture
• Knowledge of Interior Fit-out processes
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Experience with design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field
• Previous experience in high-end residential design is a plus
