Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Manager to oversee the development, implementation, and growth of our Shopify website. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of e-commerce operations, and Shopify functionality, and have a proven track record of driving online sales growth. Moreover, proficiency in merchandising and website marketing strategies is crucial for this role. Key Responsibilities: Shopify Store Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the Shopify platform, ensuring smooth functionality and optimal performance. Regularly update product listings, pricing, and promotions to keep the website current and engaging. Data-driven merchandising strategies to showcase products effectively and drive sales, including product categorization, cross-selling, and upselling techniques. E-commerce Strategy: Develop and execute strategic plans to increase online sales and brand imagery Conduct market research and stay informed about industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate e-commerce initiatives with overall marketing and business objectives. Website Optimization: Utilize Shopify analytics and other tools to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement. Coordinate on website design, layout, and navigation to maximize usability and conversion rates Implement SEO best practices to improve search engine rankings and drive organic traffic to the website Merchandising and Product Presentation: Develop merchandising strategies to highlight key products, promotions, and seasonal offerings. Coordinate with the marketing team to create visually appealing product displays, banners, and landing pages in line with marketing channels Conduct A/B testing and analyse user behaviour to optimize product placement and presentation for maximum conversion. Customer Experience: Ensure a seamless and user-friendly shopping experience across all devices and channels. Implement customer feedback mechanisms and utilize data-driven insights to continuously enhance the online shopping experience. Qualifications: Proven experience managing Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, with a strong understanding of website management principles and best practices. Proficiency in Shopify administration, including product management, order processing, and customization. Solid understanding of e-commerce analytics, SEO, digital marketing strategies, merchandising techniques, and website marketing tactics. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.
