Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to join our logistics team within the PSE Integrated Supply Chain, as part of the Fulfilment Team. In this role, you will work side by side with the Sales Order Owner, ensuring the successful fulfilment of sales orders and contributing to the seamless execution of logistics operations. What You Will Do
As Shipping Coordinator, you will:
Daily Logistics Operations
- Ensure timely goods receipt from suppliers and delivery to customers.
- Resolve issues related to warehouse, port, customs, and transportation.
- Prepare and validate customs and freight documentation in SAP.
- Maintain delivery schedules and communicate with stakeholders.
- Monitor shipping dates and report exceptions.
- Drive KPIs such as Inbound Delivery Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, and Perfect Delivery.
- Support cost improvement initiatives across inbound, outbound, freight, and customs.
- Synchronize ETDs and ETAs across the supply chain.
- Ensure compliance with customs, VAT, and export control regulations.
Operational Logistics Optimization
- Participate in World Class Manufacturing (TPM) activities.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet delivery deadlines.
- Manage claims, complaints, and root cause analysis.
- Attend and contribute to regular logistics meetings.
- Ensure legal and customs compliance for trade and destination requirements.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream; post-graduation in Logistics or International Business is a plus.
- 5–10 years of experience in Logistics/Supply Chain, preferably in Freight Forwarding and Manufacturing.
- Hands-on experience with SAP and TMS (OTM).
- Strong understanding of export/import shipping processes (Ocean and Air).
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, 3PL Logistics, Customs Compliance, and Manufacturing Logistics.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools and Power BI.
