Job Description

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate ship forwarding operations for timely and efficient delivery.
Develop and implement strategies to improve delivery performance and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and enhance processes.
Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize operations.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve operational excellence.

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of ship forwarding principles and practices.
Proven experience in delivery management within the IT Service & Consulting industry.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience with process improvement initiatives and change management.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technologies.
Educational qualifications: Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree.
