Assistant Restaurant Manager Subway

Responsibilities:

Assist Restaurant Manager in all daily operations and take charge in their absence
Oversee sales, cost control, food quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction
Support hiring, training, and performance evaluation of staff
Conduct daily briefings and ensure smooth teamwork
Manage inventory and ensure adequate stock for operations
Stay updated on food industry trends and analyze competitors
Maintain records and help develop policies
