Fairdeal.Market is a rapidly growing B2B quick commerce company offering a wide range of products with delivery times as short as 20 minutes. Our mission is to ensure that every shopping bag worldwide can be filled efficiently and sustainably.

Shift Manager

Key Responsibilities

SLA Management:-

LM management (Assigning/Dispatch and Delivery should be on time and

follow the TAT).

Ensure for proper QC during dispatch and handover to Riders.
Working on Cancellation and Returns contol.
Cash & Item reconciliation with Zero deviation.
Cost Optimization & Productivity management

Network Management:-

Focus on network building of Riders for delivery purposes.
Attrition management
Provide trainings to Riders.
Reporting & Roaster management.
Escalation management.
Rate card development for Riders.

Inventory Management:-

Follow Inward process, QC/GRN/Putaway within TAT.
Ensuring Daily cycle count at hub.
Weekly/Monthly Audit of complete store.
Preparing reports for Inventory Ageing/Near Expiry/Expiry/Dump etc.
5S and Assets Management.
