Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Shift Incharge located in Bengaluru. As a Shift Incharge, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of Zepto's delivery center in Bengaluru. This includes managing a team of delivery executives, ensuring timely and efficient deliveries to customers, maintaining delivery vehicles and equipment, and handling customer queries and complaints.

Qualifications

Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field is preferred
Proficient in using technology and systems related to inventory management and order fulfillment processes.
