Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Lead and manage all moulding operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth workflow and machine utilisation.
Handle manpower efficiently, including allocation of work, supervision, training, and shift planning for operators and technicians
Perform troubleshooting on machines, molds, and processes to minimize downtime and scrap.
Monitor and improve key performance metrics such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and PPM (Parts Per Million defect rate).
Implement and promote Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to optimise productivity and quality.
Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.

Preferred candidate profile:

Good knowledge of
Kaizen, PPM reduction strategies, and OEE monitoring

Strong understanding of
mold setting, cycle optimization, and defect troubleshooting
