Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented

Share Procurement Executive

to manage and streamline the procurement of shares through multiple channels including partners, dealers, and direct sources. The candidate will also be responsible for onboarding stakeholders and providing training on the company’s portal or platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Procurement Operations:
    • Source and procure company shares through various channels including partners, dealers, and direct investors.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure a consistent supply of shares.
    • Verify documents, agreements, and compliance before share procurement.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    • Act as the point of contact for partners and dealers involved in the share procurement process.
    • Address partner/dealer inquiries related to pricing, availability, and process.
  • Portal Training and Onboarding:
    • Train dealers, partners, and new stakeholders on how to use the company’s online portal for procurement, documentation, and transaction tracking.
    • Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for portal-related issues.
  • Documentation and Reporting:
    • Maintain accurate records of share procurement transactions.
    • Generate regular reports on procurement performance, partner activity, and market trends.
  • Compliance and Coordination:
    • Ensure that all procurement activities comply with internal policies and regulatory standards.
    • Coordinate with the finance and legal teams for processing, validation, and settlements.

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Strong understanding of procurement or share trading processes.
  • Experience working with partners and dealers in an investment/financial setup.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to train and onboard stakeholders on digital platforms.
  • Proficient in MS Office; familiarity with CRM or procurement portals is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
