Job Title: SharePoint Developer (7 Years Experience) Location: Remote Job Type: Part Time Experience Required: 7+ Years Department: IT / Software Development Reports To: IT Manager / SharePoint Architect Job Summary: We are looking for a skilled and experienced SharePoint Developer with 7+ years of expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining SharePoint solutions. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server (2016/2019), Power Platform, and integration with Microsoft 365 services. This role requires strong programming skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience working in enterprise environments. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and customize SharePoint sites, pages, web parts, and workflows. Develop solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx) , Power Automate , Power Apps , and PowerShell . Migrate legacy SharePoint environments to SharePoint Online or newer SharePoint Server versions. Integrate SharePoint with other enterprise systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, SAP, ServiceNow, etc.). Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Manage and maintain permissions, security groups, and content structure. Optimize and maintain performance and usability of SharePoint solutions. Provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders. Document technical architecture, solutions, and support procedures. Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field. Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience with SharePoint development (both Online and On-Premise). Proficiency in: SharePoint Framework (SPFx) PowerShell scripting JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS C#, .NET, ASP.NET REST APIs, CSOM, JSOM Experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI . Solid understanding of SharePoint architecture, security, and governance. Experience in SharePoint migration tools (e.g., ShareGate, Metalogix). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
