Job Description

Lead instrumentation & automation for the integrated unit (Mines to Packing Plant).

2. Ensure preventive, predictive & breakdown maintenance of all field instruments.

3. Maintain PLC/DCS/SCADA systems and ensure stable plant operations.

4. Troubleshoot kiln, VRM, cooler & cement mill critical instrumentation.

5. Drive APC, automation improvements and digital initiatives.

6. Handle calibration, documentation, loop checking & statutory compliance (CEMS).

7. Coordinate with process, electrical & mechanical teams for high reliability.

8. Manage contractors, vendors and support project installation/commissioning.

9. Ensure strict adherence to safety standards (LOTO, SOP, PTW).

10. Lead, train and develop the instrumentation team for continuous improvement.
