Your new role challenging and future-oriented You would be project lead for the process optimization projects for thermal power plants. As part of your responsibility, you would be engineering & commissioning of process optimization solutions up to customer expectations & satisfaction. Your profile requires travelling to many project sites for customer interactions and final commissioning of process optimization solutions.\ We dont need superheroes, just super minds Youre a bachelors in engineering with 5 to 10 years of experience in engineering & commissioning of DCS Systems for Coal based power plants. You have good experience in control loop tuning of thermal power plants incl Unit Master / Coordinated Master Control Loops Your experience with state space control loop implementation and tuning would be an added advantage. Youve great knowledge of control concepts incl system modelling. Youve good understanding of thermal power station process thermodynamics.

Responsibilities: - Perform SPI Admin role and other technical functions, with scope covering technical data and documents for Oil and Gas Plants Initiate new project databases Merging project data into the production database Executing quality checks on the project data and communication with clients to provide comments and improve quality on the long term. Updating SPI with as built information from plant changes and inhouse projects User account management. User support for questions/training. Manage SPI templates, tables and database. Database cleanup Support role in assuring as-built documentation is correct and updated in Intools Update and Maintain instrumentation data records in SPI Analyze technical data and documents and processes for working with team. Knowledge and experience in SPI INTOOLS all versions Preparing JB schedule, Loop diagrams, specification updates, Instrument index maintenance, trouble shoot of E2E wiring for field instruments & propose technical solutions virtually, co-ordinate discussion with stakeholders, conduct Risk Assessment, ensure good QA/QC, record keeping, & final job closure to enable high equipment reliability & plant technical availability. Functional /Technical: - Understanding of Field instruments, Analyzer instruments, Control system instruments like PLC, DCS instruments for Oil and Gas industry by using standard Hexagon Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI) INTOOLS with interface to client specific spec forms and associated documents servers. Strong proficiency in using English for both spoken and written communication, as well as using Office Communicator, Instant Messaging, Video Conferencing, Outlook, etc.
