Job Description

Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Lead and deliver E&I design documents, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
Review deliverables of team members and provide technical guidance.
Analyze project URS, resolve design complexities, and ensure compliance with pharma industry standards.
Select and specify instruments (E+H, Rosemount, etc.) and control systems (Siemens, Rockwell).
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, support sales with technical inputs, and adopt new technologies.
Mentor and assign work to junior engineers to improve team efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelors / Masters degree in Instrumentation or Electrical Engineering.
12-15 years of instrumentation design experience in
pharma or life sciences projects
.
Expertise in pharmaceutical instrumentation standards, validation requirements, and automation systems.
Strong knowledge of instrument selection, IO cards, and international brands.
Excellent communication, leadership, and coordination skills.
Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
