Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an SFMC Specialist at Augment-ix. The specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Salesforce Marketing Cloud, such as data analysis, campaign management, email marketing, and automation. The role will also involve monitoring performance metrics and optimizing marketing strategies based on data insights. You will play a crucial role in executing and validating(QA) the marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud

Key Responsibilities

Validation and Quality Check: Identify and streamline both manual and regression testing processes and perform validation checks to ensure high quality

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define quality metrics, establish quality goals, and monitor performance against targets.

Campaign operation & Audience management: Assist in the creation, segmentation, execution, and monitoring of email marketing campaigns. 

Analysis and troubleshooting: Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to improve future campaigns. Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and report bugs and issues in the system.

Documentation and reporting: Maintain quality documentation, including SOP & expertise in pulling reports with Data Views and Intelligence Reports

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC)

• Hands-on in email coding using HTML, CSS, and personalisation through Ampscript

• Consulting and Solutioning capability

• Good understanding of

  SQL to be able to manipulate Data Extensions & Data Views

• Certifications in Salesforce Marketing Cloud are a plus

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field

• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work independently and remotely
