Job Title: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and technically skilled Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Specialist to support our marketing operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building, updating, and managing email templates, as well as executing day-to-day campaign operations within SFMC. This role requires a strong understanding of email best practices, SFMC tools, and HTML/CSS for responsive email design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Email Template Development:

• Design, build, and maintain responsive email templates using SFMC s Content Builder, HTML/CSS, and AMPscript where necessary.

• Campaign Operations:

• Execute email campaigns in SFMC including audience segmentation, data extension setup, A/B testing, QA, and scheduling.

• Template Updates & Versioning:

• Update and version existing templates as per campaign requirements, brand guidelines, and personalization needs.

• Platform Management:

• Support Marketing Cloud operations including asset management, user roles, and configuration of emails, journeys, and automations.

• Quality Assurance:

• Conduct testing across devices and browsers to ensure consistent rendering, functionality, and tracking.

• Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, design, and development teams to gather requirements and deliver accurate email communications.

• Reporting:

• Monitor campaign performance and contribute to reporting by pulling metrics from SFMC (e.g., open rates, click-through rates, bounces).

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
• Proficiency in

  Content Builder, Email Studio

  , and

  Automation Studio

• Strong command of

  HTML/CSS

  for email design (knowledge of AMPscript is a plus)q
• Experience with

  email testing tools

  (e.g., Litmus, Email on Acid)
• Understanding of

  email deliverability, CAN-SPAM, and GDPR

  compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Strong communication and documentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (Email Specialist or Administrator)
• Familiarity with dynamic content and personalization logic
• Experience in marketing operations or digital marketing teams
