Job Title: Account ManagerLocation: PuneJob Overview:We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Account Manager to oversee and manage key client relationships, ensure the smooth execution of projects, and drive business growth. As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, focusing on building strong relationships, delivering exceptional service, and achieving business objectives.You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, ensuring successful project delivery, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to revenue growth. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen understanding of client needs and business dynamics.Key Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management: Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders.Project Coordination: Oversee the end-to-end execution of client projects, ensuring that all deliverables are met within scope, timeline, and budget.Business Development: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services or products, working closely with internal teams to create tailored solutions that meet client needs.Strategic Account Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets, track client satisfaction, and foster long-term partnerships.Problem Resolution: Proactively identify challenges and offer solutions to address client issues, escalating as necessary to ensure quick resolution.Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, creative, and technical teams, to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client objectives.Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on client performance metrics and KPIs, providing actionable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.Contract Management: Oversee contract renewals, negotiations, and compliance, ensuring both client and company expectations are met.Client Communication: Conduct regular client meetings, reviews, and presentations to keep clients informed of progress, performance, and upcoming initiatives.Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role.Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.Experience working with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions.Analytical skills to assess client performance metrics and suggest improvements.Familiarity with CRM software and account management tools.Results-oriented, with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.If interested kindly share your cv on pranalir@comsenseconsulting.com
